Pen to Pixels
Saturday, July 3 at 9:00 AM CDT
All Skill Levels Welcome
In this workshop I will show you a simple way to use freely available applications (GIMP and Inkscape) to create professional and pleasing compositions from the scans of your calligraphy.
I strongly recommend working along as it makes a difference in understanding how to use the various tools in both GIMP and Inkscape. You need to download and install both applications on your computer before the class. Both are available for Windows, OS X (Mac) and Linux.
The class handout will include scans we will use so we can all follow along using the same steps.
